I enjoyed my weekend by gorging myself on food. The book that came with my HCG indicated that I would probably gain a pound or two on these days. I did gain one pound (putting me at 238) and my weight loss will be measured from this point on. Today, I begin the 500 calorie process. Before I get in that, I do want to mention that I was struck by reality and measured myself. REAL measurement, with my abdominals relaxed. Here they are (in inches):

So there you go. My REAL weight and measurements. If I paint a very grim picture, that means I'm more motivated.
Back to the diet. There is small menu of items I can eat, steak (VERY lean steak), chicken breast (with the fat trimmed off of it), a short list of vegetables and fruits and grissini breaksticks or melba toast. I can use spices, as much as a want, but nothing oily or with oils in it. Not even moisturizers or shampoo because the HCG will burn those fats instead of the ones in my body. It even says not to use deodorants with aluminum, but I just can't do that because my pits get stinky.
I have experienced a little bit of nausea in the mornings after my injections, at least until I eat something.
