Today is a good day. I'm not hungry. I've also decided on doing the 23 day Diet and then doing a second round after six weeks. This allows me to lose more weight on the diet. I still get hungry, but I think it's more a matter of cravings than actual hunger. The headaches have completely gone away, but the gas has not. It sometimes comes without warning, but that could just be my own body and the diet itself. I still have a little bit of soreness from a workout last Wednesday, but I think it should have gone completely away by tomorrow. I won't be doing any working out again until after I'm done with the HCG part (as recommended by the doctor).
Last week, I did find that raw broccoli and raw kale are two of the most awful tasting vegetables. I can't eat them anymore. On the bright side I found a recipe for the most delicious salad dressing (which can also be a marinade) that has almost no calories at all. I also found a recipe for chicken celery soup, which is more filling, thanks to the water.
To date, my weight loss has slowed to a pound a day, which I'm still very happy about. I will admit I did cheat a bit yesterday. I had 3/4 of a lemon with salt.
