Some of you asked about Monster Milk . While I will say that you won't know about a product by going through two cannisters of it, you do get a pretty good idea of what its going to do for your body. I saw it was on sale at Vitamin Shoppe for $29.99. Today is the last day it's on sale, so if you want some, go get it NOW. If you prefer to order online, it's $31.99 at dpsnutrition.net. In fact EVERYTHING is cheaper at DPS Nutrition, so I recommend buying there to save yourself some money.
I did really like this product. I like how I felt doing my workouts and it's five grams of fiber per serving really helps keep you feeling full. I also like the fact that it also had 11, count 'em, 11 grams of recovery- and digestion-assisting glutamine and 500% of your daily requirement of B12 (me likey the B12). The main attraction with this supplement is the 50 big grams of protein. Yes, 50! I generally took a 3/4 serving when I made my shakes, to stretch it out. The only thing I wasn't big on was the 1 gram of creatine per serving. The downside of this supplement is that it can be expensive (retails for $54.99 when not on sale, but buy at DPS and problem solved). It also made me bloated and gassy. Keep in mind, all bodies react differently to supplements (and I'm prone to gas). Also, I'd found in the past that if I'm trying to lose weight, I probabaly don't really need to be taking something with creatine. Since my goal is weight loss and not size, I discovered this wasn't the proper supplement for my goals. However, I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to bulk up or simply get larger. I took this supplement after my workouts and two other times in between meals.
I'm now trying another product by MHP called Probolic-SR. I'll let you know how it goes.
